The scholarship committee decided to extend the date for the scholarship application to March 31, 2021.
FVTU is pleased to announce a $1,000 scholarship for graduating HS seniors who are current or former participants in the FVTU Trout in the Classroom program.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE APPLICANT TO BE CONSIDERED.
Applicants must be a graduating high school senior, and current, or former participant in the Trout in the Classroom Program sponsored by FVTU.
Application must be signed by both the student applicant, and a parent or guardian
Applicants shall major in one of the approved courses of study listed below:
Conservation
Ecology
Environmental Science
Environmental Engineering
Fisheries Biology
Forestry
Marine Science
Natural Resource Management
Wildlife Biology
Winner will be notified in writing by April 30, 2021
All Attachments must contain applicants name and high school.
Applicants must provide an essay, 250 words. Title: How did the Trout in the Classroom Program influence your intended course of study?
